About the Crew Pay Rate Report:
For a fourth year in a row, LASSO polled senior executives in the event industry about what they pay their crew. The purpose of this annual survey is to better understand pay trends in the market and enable industry leaders to benchmark their own crew pay rates with those found in the industry. The data found in this report represents the national average wage rates for 14 common live event crew positions. The hourly rates listed in the analysis are based on a 10 hour day. Please contact LASSO for a brief consultation to review these results. Geographic results will be released in the coming weeks.
