Results: Square AV implemented LASSO, eliminating the manual data entry and lack of real-time visibility into overtime spend, gaining the ability to instantaneously communicate event and schedule updates with their crew, and freeing up a significant amount of time to now spend recruiting new techs and developing existing relationships.
