Lassie is trained specifically on the live events industry and runs on your LASSO data — so she understands what the decision actually requires, not just what the words say.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train AI models — not ours, not the underlying LLM's. Inputs and outputs are retained for 30 days for trust and safety monitoring only, and all SOC 2 commitments remain in effect.
