Production Schedule
A production schedule is a report that shows where all live event personnel should be during set up, show and break down.
Green Room
A Green Room is an area or room, usually backstage, where the talent or presenter wait for their time to be up on the stage.

Typically involved with live event production. The backstage is the area in a live events venue that is out of view of the audience.

An A1 [Audio Engineer] is the primary audio technician whose main duties include designing and operating the audio systems of a live event.
Run Of Show
A run of show is an item-by-item sequence of events that will happen within a show. The detailed outline shows what each department should be doing at what time. Also known as a rundown.
Stage Manager
The stage manager is the supervisor that makes sure that all technical and production cues on the rundown are executed on time during a show.
Gobo
A Gobo is a plate (or partial screen) that has been cut in such a way that when it is attached to a lighting set up will project a pattern or image onto a surface. Gobo “Goes Before Optics”.
Event Production Software
Event production software is a piece of software that is used to plan the logistics, runtimes and schedule of a live events or shows.
Dead Case Storage
The dead case storage is an area backstage where the empty live event equipment cases are stored neatly for the duration of a show.
