Frequently Asked Questions

What is an Active User

An active user is anyone invited to one of your upcoming events. When an event is over and archived, users on that event will no longer count as active users. Each user will only count once, even if they are crew on multiple events.

Total Active Users is the sum of all unique people invited to an active event on your team.

What if I need to add more users? Can I change my plan later on?

You can always upgrade your current license by going to your billing page.

How will I be billed for additional users?

Any users beyond your base license are billed at the end of the month at the following daily rates:

1 Active User Plan – $3.50 per additional user / day

5 Active User Plan – $2.50 per additional user / day

All Other Plans – $1.50 per additional user / day

How long do I have access to my event after it's over?

Team admins can always access their expired events in the past events folder.

Can I share my event information without inviting someone as a user?

With our export options (PDF, XLS, CSV) and Guest Pass links, you can share your event with just about anyone.

Can I download my event after?

You can always download your shows to XLS, CSV & PDF formats for archival purposes. Your events are always accessible even after they expire.

$150 per 1/hr session

Though a new license includes a remote training session sometimes you need a little more. Whether it’s because you brought on new team members in the middle of your license or because you want some advice, our team can help you make the most out of all the features Shoflo has to offer.
