About the Crew Pay Rate Report:
Every event is only as good as the people who make it possible.
For the fifth year in a row, LASSO is excited to publish crew pay rate data from across the event industry. In this report, we provide insight into the pay of these amazing people who drive the success of our industry.
The purpose of this annual report is to better understand pay trends in the industry. It should also enable leaders to benchmark their crew pay rates compared to what others in the event space. Results are based on domestic jobs crewed on the LASSO Platform, segmented by all major geographic regions. This report also serves to identify national pay trends prior to and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The data found in this report represents the regional average wage rates for 14 common live event crew positions.
