One of the great benefits of shoflo is the ability to personalize the cue sheet to display only the information that is important to the role you are playing in the production. The easiest way to do this is by hiding and reordering columns to fit your needs. This feature is available to all user permissions.
To hide a column:
- Locate the column you wish to hide, and click the down arrow to the right of the column title.
- From the dropdown list, select Hide Column (note that this does not delete the column, but only removes it from your personal view).
- To get hidden columns back in view, select Show All Columns from the same dropdown list.
To re-order a column:
- Locate the column you wish to move, and click the down arrow to the right of the column title.
- From the dropdown list, select Move Column Left or Move Column Right (note this does not re-order the columns for anyone else).
