Every shoflo user has a place to record personal notes which will only be seen by them. Here are a couple of things to note about the Private Notes column.
- The Private Notes column is the only highlighted column on the sheet, and they are located by default as the first column to the right of the Item title.
- You can hide or move the Personal Notes column left or right by clicking the down arrow at the top of the column.
- If you download a Personal PDF, Personal Notes will be included.
- If you download a Generic PDF or XLS, or share the Guest Pass link, Personal Notes will not be included.
