Guest Pass is an awesome feature that provides you with a read-only link to your Show, Schedule or List that you can customize and share with any client or stakeholder. It’s a great a way to collaborate with clients when building an event and allows you to keep them up to date with any changes made on show day! And the best part is that it’s completely free!
To use Guest Pass, select the download icon on the top right and then select Guest Pass from the dropdown. Inside the modal, you can toggle Guest Pass on or off and get your link to share with whoever you’d like!
We’ve designed Guest Pass to allow you to decide exactly how much or how little information you share with your clients. By default, your entire Show, Schedule or List is visible, but if you select “Set Visible Columns”, you can choose to toggle each column inside your table on or off. It’s a great way to simplify your Guest Pass for your client or make sure that sensitive data isn’t visible to everyone with the Guest Pass link!
