It is quick and easy to set a specific column order for your shows, schedules, and lists guest pass links. For example, if you want your client to always see your guest pass in a specific column order, you can set that column order in your show and they’ll see that in their guest pass.
Here’s how to set the column order for a guest pass show
In the guest pass modal, click on “Set visible columns” near the bottom of the modal
Next, you click click on the up/down arrow next to any column to move that columns’ position
Note: A column at the top of the list will be the left-most contributor column in your guest pass
After refreshing your guest pass, the column order will match what you set earlier!
